Information That We Collect

Collection of device and technical information

We might collect the data necessary for you to use our app and for us to maintain and analyze the functioning of the app and to personalize the content of the app.

We automatically obtain certain information about your computing device, including IP address; Country code; Time zone; session start/stop time; IDFVs, Language; Network status (WiFi, etc.), browser plug-in types and versions; platform, SDK version, timestamp; Technical device information (e.g. device model and name, operating system name and version, CPU information, storage size, screen size, firmware, software API key identifier for application, Push notifications token. Although some of this information (such as IDFA, IDFV, IP address) may uniquely identify your device, this information does not identify you personally. Some legislation (such as US) may treat information that uniquely identifies your device as personal information.

Collection of classical personal information

We may also collect personally identifiable information about you (such as your name and surname, email address), as well as non-personally identifiable information (such as age range and gender) that you provide us by using our Applications or contact us directly via email.

We will only use the contact information you provide to us (for example, your name and email address) for the purpose for which you provided it to us. We will not share this data with third parties.

If you wish to delete your contact information that we received upon your specific email inquiry, please send an e-mail and your e-mail will be deleted from our database.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your account information is correct and up-to-date.

Information from Social Media Platforms

You may also choose to create an account with us using your Facebook or Google account credentials. To Provide Our Services

We take the security of personal information seriously. Following receipt of a request from you, we will take reasonable steps to make changes or delete your information as required under the applicable law.

Retention

In general, we keep your information for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this Policy or to comply with the applicable law. Otherwise we will try to delete your personal information upon your request or when we no longer need it for the purposes it was originally collected, although we reserve the right to retain such information for the establishment or defense of legal claims, audit, or fraud and/or crime prevention purposes. We will not delete any personal information that also relates to other individuals, unless such other individuals also wish to delete their personal information at the same time.

Account information:

We will retain information associated with your account as long as your account remains active or as necessary to provide you with the requested services.

Information collected from tracking technologies:

We generally retain such information for as long as necessary for usage analytics, the establishment or defense of legal claims, audit, or fraud and/or crime prevention purposes.

Marketing data:

Any contact information you provide to us for marketing purposes, such as your name, email address, and phone number, is retained on an ongoing basis until you unsubscribe from our marketing communications. If you unsubscribe, we will add your contact information to our do-not-contact list to respect your unsubscribe request.

Children (COPPA)

Our Services are not intended for use by children under the age of sixteen (16). We will not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of sixteen (16) without parental consent. If you are under the age of sixteen (16), please do not provide us with information of any kind whatsoever. We encourage parents and guardians to spend time with their children online and to be familiar with the websites they visit. Data deletion request - GDPR

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to have your data deleted and removed from our systems.

Our games is free to play.

We can assure you: We doesn’t sell user data to third parties.
We can also assure you: We doesn’t analyze or research data for political or comparable purposes, nor does cooperate with companies or organizations that do so.
When you play our games, your e-mail address is NOT submitted to us and thus, neither received nor saved on our side. We also don't have access to your photos. We also don't have access to data of your friends. We also don't have access to your friend list.

Instant Game data processing description
I) Playing the Game
If you give permission and play the game, we get access to the following of your data provided by the Facebook Instant Game SDK:
• Player ID (app-scoped ID)
• First Name (Player’s public first name)
• Locale (public language the player uses within Facebook)

You can remove the game in your settings on Facebook at any given time: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=instant_games

Then we don’t have access to the data mentioned above anymore.

In order to generate your individual quiz game result image we process the data mentioned above and create an image composition for you. This quiz game result image is displayed on your specific device within the game played only. It is not stored on our servers. The same applies also to text possibly entered by you, your answer choices - this data is not saved on our side, it’s only processed for the result image composition for you.
If you actively decide to share this image on Facebook (e.g. by clicking the share button), it is sent to Facebook where it is going to be part of the shared feed posting.
